Lubricant SCD for Paper Coating

Description:
The product is a liquid dispersant with 50% of calcium stearic, it can be used in coating with starch, lactic casein or latex. It can improve the performance of the coating, and the character of coating, it is equivalent to Nopcote-104.

The product has lubricating effect for the coating, so it can improve the flowability and fluidity of the coating, and makes the coating smooth and even.
1. It can prevent cracking after drying of coating, it can improve the appearance quality and the printability, it can increase the glossiness and make the paper smooth.
2. The product has little affect to the viscosity of paint, so it allow to increase the solid content of the coating, and reduce the dry load for paper machine, in the other hand, it can help to achieve high coating quality with the same machine and operation condition.
3. By using the product, it can prevent the losing of power and fiber in the ultra-low machine calendar and in the process of cutting and printing, and can get high quality paper.

Application method:
The dosage is 1-5% of dry paint. As the product is in liquid form, it can be added directly, with no need to dilute and stir as the use of dry powder of calcium stearate, it can be added in any step of preparation of the coating.

The product is stable in the alkali and low acidic solution, it should not contact with the strong acid, as calcium stearate will be decomposed by strong acid.

Package: 200kg/drum or 1000kg IBC.

Storage: Avoid to store under low temperature. The container should be sealed well if not in use, to avoid evaporation.
